• Assisting and proactively advising customers on pet nutrition and products by utilizing product knowledge and asking the right questions. • Ensuring an amazing KIVO customer experience, so that every customer leaves the store with a smile. • Handling cash register operations, such as processing payments. • Starting up computers and checking emails and portal orders. • Creating invoices for sales points. • Printing orders and carrying out preparatory tasks. • Registering frozen orders based on weight and size. • Picking, wrapping, and preparing (frozen) orders. • Packing orders for sales points. • Checking products against invoices before loading them. • Delivering (frozen) orders to customers. • Restocking the store with kibble and other products. • Merchandising products to ensure displays always look full and neat. • Cleaning and tidying the store. • Contributing ideas for process improvements in the store. • Last but not least, assisting at awesome events like Animal Event!
