Store Assistant

The store is directly connected to our factory, meaning you will be working in an industrial environment. We exclusively sell KIVO Petfood, so you will also be a brand ambassador for our brand! Your main tasks will include assisting and advising customers, as well as preparing orders. Most customer inquiries will be about dogs and cats, so some knowledge about them is helpful. However, if you don’t have prior knowledge but have a passion for dogs and cats and are eager to learn, we will make it work together! In addition to serving individual customers, you will also be responsible for preparing large orders for our sales points and picking orders for transport. We are looking for someone with a hands-on mentality, who is customer-oriented and enjoys working with people. We offer a wide range of products, including fresh raw food, steamed food, kibble, supplements, care products, and natural treats. Since many of our products are frozen (fresh raw food), you will also need to step into the freezer regularly to prepare orders.

As a Production Employee, you are responsible for processing and packaging pet food, ensuring both quality standards and production targets are met.
